Terms and conditions for using the MoveSafe platform

By accessing or using MoveSafe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.
MoveSafe is a B2B SaaS platform that connects verified moving companies with customers seeking moving services. We provide booking management, payment processing, and integration with the U.S. Moving Protection Organization (USMPO) verified carrier database.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and ensuring all account activity complies with these terms.
MoveSafe operates on a combination of subscription fees, cost-per-lead charges, and transaction fees as outlined in your service agreement. All fees are due according to your billing schedule.
Customer payments are processed through Stripe and distributed according to your payout schedule. MoveSafe retains transaction fees as outlined in your service agreement.
You are responsible for handling customer service issues and disputes. Excessive chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
Customer feedback and performance data collected through MoveSafe will be shared with USMPO to maintain verified carrier status and protect consumers.
You retain ownership of your business data. Customer lead data is shared to facilitate moving services. All data handling is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
MoveSafe retains all rights to our platform technology, trademarks, and proprietary systems. You retain rights to your company branding and business information.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
You may terminate your account at any time with 30 days notice. Outstanding payments and commitments remain due.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, non-payment, loss of required licensing, or activities that harm the platform or other users.
MoveSafe provides a platform service and is not responsible for the quality of moving services, customer disputes, or business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.
You agree to indemnify MoveSafe against claims arising from your use of the platform, your moving services, or violations of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
